Panel Adapter Options

SUSI Adapters is introducing three new options for their panel adapters to the market.

SUSI Adapters manufactures Panel Adapters for all types of socket meters. The family of panel Adapters converts any standard socket meter into a small case or a large switchboard meter. Therefore, eliminating the need to stock or maintain more than one type of meter package. This in-turn simplifies repairs, testing, training, inventory and turn around time. So these Panel Adapter can help reduce costs and add flexibility to charge meters or meter manufacturers at will for switchboard new or existing applications.

SUSI Adapters now manufactures a test switch plate to mount on the back of all Panel Adapters. The test switch plate is available for the Flushmount Panel Adapter, Flushmount Front Removal Panel Adapter, and the Surfacemount Panel Adapter. The test switchplate is a means to mount a standard test switch below the Panel Adapter. See the picture of the Surface mount Panel Adapter with the test switch mounted (SWAXS9-T picture).

Another addition is the KYZ output for the 6S and the 9S sockets. We listened to the needs of our customers and developed the KYZ output. The connections are made straight from the rear of the panel adapter. The Panel Adapter is pre-wired to specific terminal locations. See the pictures showing the KYZ socket adapter. Another new options the Large Case Panel Adapter Plate. This adapter plate allows the standard Panel Adapter to replace large case switchboard meters by convert a large case into a small case application. It is available for a broad range of large case switchboard meters. (SWAXS9-PT picture)
